Director's who should be Franchised

I was thinking to myself how certain director's are way over rated (due to hype) with very little substance. They have sustained through many flops with a sprinkle of a hit here and there and therefore, I thought about which people I feel should be franchised (like a Fantasy Football league) which in my terms are the director's who should be signed with some sort of long term deal(s), at least a three picture deal with a studio. In no particular order
