a rest home, where they meet Marlene Vistain, Fisk's mother, who tells them
that Fisk killed his father.

Wesley learns that
Page and Urich visited Fisk's mother. He confronts Page and attempts to
blackmail her into not exposing Fisk...Page manages to get his gun, and kills
Wesley..
Back in 2014, Arrow Season 2 (2014)
S2 10 "Blast
Radius"
S2 11 "Blind
Spot"
Sebastian Blood visits his mother in and learns that she
told Laurel that he killed his
father.
He has Laurel kidnapped... and during a fight Laurel
kills the man in the skull mask, revealed to be Officer Daily...

Arrow S2 1 "City
of Heroes"
Oliver learns a group
of vigilantes, dressed like the Hood, are killing others to take back the
