I'm surprised...
That the powerful and all knowing Publicist and media have not gone ape Shhh for the film "TAKEN". Liam Neeson could really take over the James Bond role if need be. And it's quietly been on the Box Office top ten since the film dropped. It's now at 127 mil. and will probably hit 130 by the week's end. Clooney has yet to garner this much from one film (without his Ocean's cast along for the ride) since "The Perfect Storm" back in 2000...

Oh and what a quiet storm it is… I can sure see 130 before week's end... I’ve enjoyed L.N’s. films, but after this one (“TAKEN”), I too felt he has the potential to live up to some kind of action hero status… Bond’s a perfect example… however; my follow up to that is… say he gets to reach that level… will he maintain his clout? George Clooney’s a bit overrated in my book. He’s got something… I don’t know what it is, but he’s got something, however; I really don’t think he’ll reach such rank. He slipped with Batman in my book!
